This event is on Sunday the 17th of July at 12noon outside the State Library of Victoria.

(Facebook keeps adjusting the date/time)

WEAR all black.
Please bring a peaceful mindset. No violence and no weapons!

In support of the #BlackLivesMatter movement in the U.S. following the recent murder of two innocent black men and a black woman, not to mention the countless other black lives taken at the hands of police; we will be holding a peaceful rally in solidarity with our brothers and sisters across the Pacific and bringing to light the Indigenous Australian deaths in custody that are taking place in our own soil.

There are both Indigenous organisers and speakers at Sunday's rally.

Invite your friends! It would be amazing to stand in solidarity with hundreds or even thousands of allies! It'd also be solid if everyone could wear black, but you don't have to. Hope to see you all there!
